In this page, you can retrieve the details of asset structures that are already defined. You can carry out a search based on the asset structure, its description, status and type. The details of asset structures that match the specified filter criteria are displayed in the multiline.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the "Asset Structure" field in the main screen.
The “Asset Structure Help” page appears.
Enter the following filter criteria to search for an asset structure:

Asset Structure |
The asset structure you wish to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the asset structure in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all asset structures similar to the asset structure entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the asset structure (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all asset structures with descriptions similar to the description entered here. |

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve asset structures based on their type. The system provides the options “Rotable” and “Normal”. Leave the field blank, to retrieve asset structures irrespective of the type. The system displays “Normal”, by default. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve asset structures based on their status. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve asset structures irrespective of their type. The system displays “Active”, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline based on the filter criteria entered:

The status of the asset structure, whether “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the asset structure.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton.
