In this page, you can retrieve the details of spare structures that are already defined. You can carry out a search based on the spare structure, its description and status. The details of spare structures that match the specified filter criteria are displayed in the multiline.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the "Spare Structure" field in the main screen.
The “Spares Structure Help” page appears.
Enter the following filter criteria in the "Search Criteria" group box to search for a spare structure:

Spare Structure |
The spare structure you wish to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the asset structure in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all spare structures similar to the spare structure entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the spare structure (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all spare structures with description similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve spare structures based on their status. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the filed blank to retrieve spare structures irrespective of the type. The system displays “Active”, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline based on the filter criteria entered:

The description of the spare structure. |

Status |
The status of the spare structure, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the spare structure.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton.
