In this screen, you can select the user-defined group of equipment by carrying out a search based on filter criteria such as user-defined group, its description and status. The system retrieves the user-defined group based on the search criteria, in the multiline.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “User-Defined Group” field in the main screen.
The “Equipment Group Help” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

User Defined Group |
The user-defined group for which the details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the user-defined group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all user-defined groups with values that are similar to the value entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the user-defined group (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all user-defined groups with description similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the user-defined group to be retrieved. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all user-defined groups irrespective of their status. The system displays “Active” by default. |
Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system retrieves all the user-defined groups in the multiline.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Status |
The status of the user-defined group, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the user-defined group.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton.
