In this page, you can view the asset structure code that is already created. You can view the description of the asset structure, its type and its status. You can also view the classification and sub-classification, which is attached to the asset structure.

Asset Structure

The asset structure to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the asset structure. The system displays the description of the asset structure alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following details of the asset structure.

Status

The status of the asset structure, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Type

The type of the asset structure, which can be one of the following:

 

  • Rotable – Indicates that the asset structure can serve as a template for creating equipment of type “Rotables”.

 

  • Spares – Indicates that the asset structure can be used to attach spare parts to the equipment.

 

  • Normal – Indicates that the asset structure can serve as a template for creating equipment of type “Normal”.

Classification

The classification which is attached to the asset structure.

Sub-Classification

The sub-classification of the classification.

Default Numbering For Equipment Creation Prefix

The prefix for defaulting the numbering for the equipment.

Starting No

The starting number of the prefix.

Last Generated No.

The final unique number generated.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the asset structure.

Created Date

The date and time on which the asset structure was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the asset structure.

Last Modified Date

The system displays the date and time on which the user has last modified the asset structure.

To proceed, carry out the following
