This page allows you to view the details of the user-defined group selected in the “Select User Defined Group” page. The system also allows you to directly enter a user-defined group other than the user-defined group selected in the main page and view the details.
Click the hyperlinked user-defined group in the multiline of the “Create User Defined Group” page.
The “View User Defined Group” page appears.
Enter the following field if you wish to view the details of a user-defined group other than the user-defined group selected in the main page:

User Defined Group |
The user-defined group for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Press <Enter>. The textual description of the user-defined group is displayed alongside. |

The system displays the following field:

Status |
The status of the user-defined group which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Equipment” multiline:

Equipment |
The equipment associated to the user-defined group. |

Description |
The textual description of the equipment associated to the user-defined group. |
|
Remarks |
Any additional remark pertaining to the association of the equipment to the user-defined group. |
The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the user-defined group. |
|
Created Date |
The date and time on which the user-defined group was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the user-defined group. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date and time on which the user-defined group was last modified. |
