This page enables you to select a formula. You can carry out a search based on the formula, its description, status and the formula content. The system retrieves the formulae based on the search criteria entered.
Click the lens icon next to the “Formula” field in the main page.
The “Formula Help” page appears.
To search for a formula
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a formula:

Formula |
The formula to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the formula in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all formulae, which are similar to the formula entered here. |

Desc. |
The description of the formula (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all formulae with similar description. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to search for formula based on the status. The system provides the options “Active” or “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve formula irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default. |

Formula Content |
The content of the formula (Alphanumeric, 255). You can enter the content in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all formulae with similar formula contents. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Formula |
The formula retrieved by the system. |

Desc. |
The description of the formula. |
|
Status |
The status of the formula, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
|
Formula Content |
The content of the formula. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the formula.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
