This page enables you to view the maintenance history of an equipment or location. Tell me more

The “Maintenance History” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Eqp. / Loc.

The maintainable object for which the maintenance history is displayed. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location code for which the maintenance history is displayed.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

From Date

The date from which the work order details are displayed.

To Date

The date till which the work order details are displayed.

When this page is launched for the first time, the system retrieves in the multiline, the following reference details of the equipment or location for the period displayed in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields:

Ref. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the task details pertaining to a specific reference document. The system provides the options “Work Order”, “Insp. Order”, “Calib. Order” and “Work Log”. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maintenance Details” multiline:

Start Date

The starting date of the task performed as a part of the reference document. If no task is retrieved, this date indicates the starting date of the work order or inspection order or the calibration order performed on the equipment or location.

Compl. Date

The completion date of the task performed as a part of the reference document. If there is no task performed, this date indicates the completion date of the work order or inspection order or the calibration order performed as a part of the equipment or location.

Task

The task performed as a part of the reference document.

Task Desc. / Observations

The description of the task or the observation that is posted to the work log.

Ref. Doc Type

The type of the reference document, which can be “Work Order”, “Insp. Order”, “Calib. Order” or “Work Log”.

Ref. Doc. Desc

The description of the reference document.

Viewing the maintenance history for equipment or location – An overview

Equipment and Location History - A summary of the activity

This page enables you to view the details of maintenance activities performed on the equipment or location. Maintenance activities such as the work orders, calibration orders and inspection orders and work log observations are retrieved for equipment along with the tasks. For a location, the details of the work orders and inspection orders that are closed and the work log entries that are posted to history during the period specified in the “Maintenance Expenses” page, are retrieved along with the tasks that were performed as a part of the work orders.
