This page enables you to view the problems that were encountered on the equipment or location and the number of times the problem occurred during the specified period.
Select the “Problem Code History” link at the bottom of the “Equipment / Location History” page.
The “Problem Code History” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Eqp./Loc. |
The maintainable object for which the problem code history is displayed. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The equipment or location code for which the problem code history is displayed. |

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside. | |
|
Zoom facility available. | |
|
From Date |
The date starting from which the problems are displayed. |
|
To Date |
The date till which the problems are displayed. |
On launch of this page, the system retrieves in the “Problem Code” multiline, all the problems that have been encountered in the equipment or location for the period displayed in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields.

Select the “Analyse Failures” link at the bottom of the page to perform a problem-code wise failure analysis for the equipment.
