Viewing the reference document history for the task

Task Reference Details

This page enables you to view the details of the reference documents for the tasks. Tell me more

Select the “Task Reference Doc Details” link at the bottom of the “Task History” page.

The “Task Reference Details” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Eqp. / Loc.	The maintainable object for which the task reference details are displayed. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The equipment or location code for which the task reference details are displayed.
	The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available.
From Date	The date from which the task reference details are displayed.
To Date	The date till which the task reference details are displayed.
Task Code	The task code for which the details of the reference documents are displayed.
	The description of the task description is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “WO” multiline:

Ref. Doc. No.	The number of the reference document for which the task was performed.
Ref. Doc. Type	The system displays the type of the reference document. It can be a “Work Order”, “Calibration Order” or an “Inspection Order”.
Desc.	The description of the reference document.
Sch. Start Date	The scheduled start date of the work order, inspection order or calibration order.
Actual Start Date	The actual start date of the work order, inspection order or calibration order.
Actual Compl. Date	The actual completion date of the work order, inspection order or calibration order.
Duration	The duration of the reference document.
Work Group	The work group responsible for carrying out the work order, inspection order or calibration order.
Labor Cost	The cost incurred on labor for the reference document.
Parts Cost	The cost incurred on parts.
Total Cost	The total cost incurred on the reference document.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Work Order” link to view the details of the work order raised for the equipment or location.
Select the “View Inspection Order” link to view the details of the inspection order raised on the equipment.
Select the “View Calibration Order” link to view the details of the calibration order raised on the equipment.

The system displays the following details of the reference documents:

The type of the reference document, which can be a work order, inspection order or a calibration order for a task, performed on equipment. For a task performed on a location, the reference document type is a work order or inspection order.
The reference document number.
The scheduled start date recorded in the reference document.
The actual start date and the actual completion date recorded in the reference document.
The duration of work order, calibration order or inspection order.
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order, calibration order or inspection order.
The labor cost, parts cost and the total cost as recorded in the document.
