This page enables you to view the details of works order raised on the equipment or location. Tell me more

The “Work Order History” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Eqp. / Loc.

The maintainable object on which the work order is raised. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location code for which the work order history is displayed.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

When this page is launched for the first time, the system retrieves in the multiline all the work orders that are raised on the equipment or location which are closed during the period displayed in the following fields:

From Date

The date from which the work order details are displayed.

To Date

The date till which the work order details are displayed.

Work Group

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work orders that were carried out by a specific work group. When this page is launched for the first time, the system fills this field with all the work groups assigned to the work orders that are retrieved in the multiline. The system leaves this field blank, by default.

Type

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work orders of a specific type. The system fills this field with all the types of the work orders retrieved in the multiline. The system leaves this field blank, by default.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work orders belonging to a specific category. The system fills this field with all the categories to which the work orders retrieved in the multiline belong. The system leaves this field blank, by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “WO History” multiline:

WO

The work order raised on the equipment or location.

Desc.

The description of the work order.

Type

The type of the work order.

Category

The category to which the work order belongs.

Created Date

The date on which the work order was created.

Sch. Start Date

The scheduled start date of the work order.

Actual Start Date

The actual start date of the work order.

Actual Compl. Date

The actual completion date of the work order.

Closed Date

The date on which the work order is closed.

Work Group

The work group responsible for carrying out the work order.

Labor Cost

The cost incurred on labor for the work order.

Parts Cost

The cost incurred on spare parts for the work order.

Production Affected Down Hrs.

The production-affected down hours recorded for the work order.

Total Cost

Viewing the work order history for equipment or location – An overview

Equipment and Location History - A summary of the activity

This page enables you to view the details of works order raised on the equipment or location. On launch of this page, the system retrieves all the work orders that have been raised on the equipment or location and which have been closed during the period specified in the “Maintenance Expenses” page. You can selectively view the work orders raised for a specific type or category of work or the work orders that were carried out by a specific work group.
