The inspection order to be modified (Alphanumeric, 18)

To search for an inspection order

IO

The inspection order for which you wish to retrieve the details (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter all or part of the inspection order. The system retrieves all inspection orders similar to the inspection order entered here.

Desc.

The description of the inspection order (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all inspection orders whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders based on status. The system provides the options: “Fresh” and “InProgress’. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection orders belonging to both statuses. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection order (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter all or part of the work group. The system retrieves all inspection orders whose work groups are similar to the work group entered here.

IS

The inspection schedule for which you wish to retrieve the inspection orders that were created (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter all or part of the inspection schedule. The system retrieves all inspection orders, which were created from inspection schedules similar to the inspection schedule entered here.

Location Code

The unique code identifying the location.  (Alphanumeric, 18).  You can enter all or part of the location code.  The system retrieves all inspection orders whose location codes are similar to the location code entered here.

Equipment Code

The unique code identifying the equipment. (Alphanumeric, 18).  You can enter all or part of the equipment code.  The system retrieves all inspection orders whose equipment codes are similar to the equipment code entered here.

Priority

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders based on priority. The system lists all priorities that were defined in the “Define Priority” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection orders irrespective of priority. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Type

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders based on type. The system lists all inspection types that were defined in the “Define Inspection Types” activity. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection orders irrespective of inspection type. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders based on category. The system lists all inspection categories that were defined in the “Define Inspection Categories” activity. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection orders irrespective of inspection category. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Route

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders based on route. The system lists all routes that were defined in the “Create Route” activity of the “Predictive Maintenance ” business component. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection orders irrespective of route. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

From

The date starting from which you wish to retrieve inspection orders that were created (Date Format).

To

The date till which you wish to retrieve inspection orders that were created (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is not earlier than the date entered in the “From” field.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

The date on which the value on the inspection order was reported.

Time

The time at which the value on the inspection order was reported.

Desc.

The description of the inspection order.

Status

The status of the inspection order, which can be “Fresh”, “InProgress”, “Canceled” or “Closed”.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection order.

Type

The type of the inspection order.

Category

The category to which the inspection order belongs.

Priority

The priority of the inspection order.

Route

The route of the inspection done on the inspection order.

Selecting inspection order for editing – An overview

Edit Inspection Order - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to select the inspection orders for editing. You can enter the inspection order directly, or you can carry out a search using the inspection order, its description, status, work group, inspection schedule, priority, type, category and route. You can also retrieve inspection orders based on the dates within which inspection orders were created. Details such as inspection order, description, status, the date and time at which values on the inspection order were recorded, the work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection order, type, priority, category and route of the inspection order are displayed.

Note: The system retrieves the inspection points that are in the “Fresh” and “InProgress” statuses.
