Viewing work orders created for the inspection order

Associated Work Orders

This page allows you to view the work orders that are created for the inspection orders that are created based on inspection schedule. Tell me more

Select the “Associated WO” link from the “Edit Inspection Order” or “View Inspection Order” page.

The “Associated Work Orders” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

IO	The inspection order for which the work orders are created.
Date	The current system date.
Desc.	The description of the inspection order.
	Zoom facility available
Status	The status of the inspection order.
	The system displays the following fields in the multiline:
WO No.	The work order that is associated with the inspection order.
Date	The date on which the work order is created.
Time	The time at which the work order is raised.
Desc.	The description of the work order.
WO Status	The status of the work order.
WO On	The maintainable object on which the work order is created. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The equipment or location for which the work order is raised.
Priority	The priority of the work order.
Type	The work order type.
Category	The category to which the work order belongs.

Click the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page.

Viewing work orders created for the inspection order – An overview

This page allows you to view the work orders that are created for the inspection orders that are created based on inspection schedule.

The system displays the inspection order and the work orders that are associated with the inspection order. Details of the work orders such as the work order number, its description, the date and time at which the work order is created, the status of the work order, the equipment/location for which the work order is created, the type, priority and category of the work order are displayed.
