Help on user-defined group of locations

In this screen, you can search for a specific user-defined group of locations. You can carry out a search based on the group code, its description and its status. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the user-defined groups in the multiline.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the "Location Group" field in the main screen.
The “Help on Location Group” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a location group.

Group Code |
The location group to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all locations with codes similar to the code entered in this field. |

Desc. |
The description of the location (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all locations with description similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the location group. The system provides the options ”Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve locations irrespective of their status. The system displays “Active”, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves in the “Search Results” group box, all the locations that belong to the primary system:

The user-defined group retrieved by the system. |

Desc. |
The description of the location group. |
|
Status |
The status of the location, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the location group.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
