Select the “View types” link under the “EAM Maintenance Organization” business component.
The “View Types” page appears.
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a type. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Type |
The type for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the type in full or enter it partially. The system retrieves all the types that are similar to the value entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all types. |

Desc. |
The description of the type to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the types, with descriptions similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the type to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve all types irrespective of their status. The system displays “Active” by default. |
Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system lists all the types in the multiline.
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the ”Planning Group and Work Group types” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

The type retrieved by the system. |

The textual description of the type. |

Applies To |
Indicates whether the type is applicable for work group, planning group or both. |

Status |
The status of the type, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Remark |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the association of the type to the work group or the planning group. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the type. |
|
Last Mod. Date |
The date on which the type was last modified. |
|
Last Mod. Time |
The time at which the type was last modified. |

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the type. |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the type was created. |
|
Created Time |
The time at which the type was created. |
