Select the “View Location Types” link under the “EAM Maintenance Organization” business component.
The “View Location Types” page appears.
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for a location type. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Location Type |
The location type for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location type in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the location types that are similar to the value entered here. |

Desc. |
Enter the full or part of the description of the location type to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). The system retrieves all the location types for which the descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the location type to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the location types that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of location types irrespective of their status. The system sets the field to “Active” by default. |
Note: Leave all the fields blank, to retrieve all the location types defined in the system.
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.
The system displays following fields in the “Location Types” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Location Type |
The location type defined in the system. |

Desc. |
The description for the location type. |
|
Status |
The status of the location type, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Remarks |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the location type. |

Last Mod. By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the location type. |
|
Last Mod. Date |
The date on which the last modification was done. |
|
Last Mod. Time |
The time at which the last modification was done. |
|
Created by |
The login ID of the user who created the location type. |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the location type was created. |
|
Created Time |
The time at which the location type was created. |
