The “View Priority” page appears.

To search for a priority

Priority Code

The priority for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the priority in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the priorities that are similar to the value entered here.

Desc.

Enter the full or part of the description of the priority to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). The system retrieves all the priorities for which the descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the priority to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the priorities that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of priorities irrespective of their status. The system sets the field to “Active” by default.

The system fills in the following fields in the "Priorities" multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Priority code

The priority for which the details are displayed.

Desc.

The textual description of the priority.

Seq . No.

The number indicating the order of the priority. The system displays the priority codes in this sequence, wherever priority is referred.

Status

The status of the priority, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Last Mod. By

The login ID of the user who last modified the priority details.

Last Mod. Date

The date on which the priority details were last modified.

Last Mod. Time

The time at which the priority details were last modified.

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the priority.

Created Date

The date on which the priority was created.

Created Time

The time at which the priority was created.
