To search the existing fuel usage mapping details

Enter the following details in the header:

Equipment |
A unique code that identifies the equipment. Use the drop-down list box to select the equipment code and description. |

Equipment Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the equipment. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in maintain code activity of the maintenance organization business component. |

Usage |
Use the drop-down list box to select the usage. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in maintain code activity of the maintenance organization business component. |

Date From |
The date on which the equipment usage mapping is started. |

Click the “Search” button to retrieve the details in the multiline.

Enter or modify the following fields in the multiline:

Equipment |
The unique number or code that identifies the equipment. |

Fuel Usage |
Use the drop-down list box to select the fuel usage. The fuel usage is defined from the maintain code of the maintenance organization. |

Mapped From |
The date from which the equipment usage is mapped. |
|
Apportion% |
The apportion percentage of the equipment usage. |

The category of the equipment. |

The description of the usage. |

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the fuel usage mapping. |

Created Date |
The date and time at which the fuel usage mapping was created. |

Modified By |
The login ID of the user who modified the fuel usage mapping. |

Modified Date |
The date and time at which the fuel usage mapping was last modified. |

Click the “save” button to save the details of fuel usage mapping.
