Basics of using a Ramco iEnterprise Series 4.0 web page

Using On Line Help

 

This page allows to update the additional information of the equipment. You can specify the document type, person who issued the document and the address of the person who issued the document.

The “Additional information” page appears.

      - Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Equipment Code

The unique code identifying the equipment.

Equipment Desc.

The description of the equipment.

Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the document. The combo is loaded with all the values from the “Maintain Codes” activity under the “Codes Masters” business component.

Document No.

The unique number identifying the document.

Issued By

The person who issued the document.

Address

The address of the person who issued the document.

Title Holder

The person who has the right to own a vehicle and as a document to prove this.

Associate Document

  • Click the folder icon in the Associate Document Field, the upload file dialogue box appears.

  • Enter the following details to upload the image.

  • Click “Upload” button to upload the file.

  • Click “Delete” button to delete the file.

File Id

The name of the file to be uploaded. The path where the file is placed. Click the "Browse" button to locate the path.

Valid From

The date from which the document is valid.

Valid Till

The date till which the document is valid.

Remarks

Any remarks pertaining the document.

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the additional details.

Created Date

The date and time at which the additional details was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who modified the additional details.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the additional details was last modified.
