This help page allows you to search and select a Calendar Code and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a calendar code by specifying the transaction details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the calendar codes that have been created. The selected calendar code is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Calendar Code” field.
The “Help on Calendar Code” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following details in the header:

Calendar Code From |
The starting code in the range of the calendar code from which you wish to retrieve the rental calendar details. |

Calendar Code To |
The ending code in the range of the calendar code till which you wish to retrieve the rental calendar details. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the transaction. The combo is loaded with the values of “ALL”, “Confirmed” and “Deleted” and “Fresh”. |

Calendar Date From |
The date from which the machine is rented. |
|
Calendar Date To |
The date till which the machine is rented. |
|
Calendar Desc |
The textual description of the calendar. |
|
From Time |
The time from which the machine is allocated for rental. |
|
To Time |
The time till which the machine is allocated for rental. |
|
Std Working Hrs |
Use the drop-down list box to select the standard working hours. The combo is loaded with the values of “=,>=,>, <=, <,! =” and “5, 6, 7, 8, 9”. |

Enter the following details in the “Specific Date Based Search” group box:

Date |
The date at which the machine is allocated for rental. |

Day Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the day type. The combo is loaded with the values of “Working” and “Not working”. |

Enter the following details in the “Specific Country/State Based Search” group box:

Country |
The name of the country at which the machine is rented. |

State |
The name of the state at which the machine is rented. |

Click the “Search” button to retrieve the details in the multiline.
