Viewing the trouble shooting guides attached to the location – An overview
A trouble shooting guide (TSG) consists of a list of standard problems that are commonly reported in the location and the corrective action to be taken for solving such problems. Whenever a problem or failure is reported in the location, you can identify the corrective action to be taken, by referring to the trouble shooting guide attached to the location.
In this page, you can view the trouble shooting guides that attached to the location selected in the main page. You can also directly enter a location other than the location selected in the main page, and view the trouble shooting guides attached to it. Details such as the trouble shooting guide description and remarks are displayed.
