The “Viewing Planning Group” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Planning Group |
The planning group for which a default work group must be set. |

The description of the planning group is retrieved alongside. |

Zoom facility available |

Status |
The status of the planning group. |

Remarks |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the planning group. Zoom facility available. |

Type |
The type of the planning group. |
The system retrieves in the “Attached Work Groups” multiline, the work groups that are attached to the planning group:

Work Group |
The work group responsible for executing the work assigned by the planning group. |

Description |
The description of the work group. |
|
Status |
The status of the work group. |

Set Default |
Indicates whether the work group has been set as default for the planning group. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”. |

Created By |
The login ID of the user who set the default work group. |

Created Date |
The date and time on which the work group was set as the default. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the default work group. |

Last Modified Date |
The date and time on which the default work group was last modified. |
Viewing planning group – An overview
You can view the details of the planning group selected in the “Select Planning Group” page. You can also directly enter a planning group other than the planning group selected in the previous page, and retrieve its details for viewing. Details such as the planning group description, status, type, default work group that performs the work assigned by the planning group and remarks can be viewed.
