This page allows you to view the locations belonging to a user-defined group. Tell me more
Select the “View User Defined Group” link in the “Select User Defined Group” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked group code in the multiline of the “Select User Defined Group” page.
The “View Locations In The Group” page appears.
Enter the following field, if you wish to view the details of a user-defined group other than the user-defined group selected in the main page:

Group Code |
The user-defined group of locations for which the details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the user-defined group is already defined in the “Create User Defined Group” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the user-defined group. The description of the user-defined group is displayed alongside. |
The system displays the following field:

Status |
The status of the user-defined group, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Location” multiline:

Location Code |
The location belonging to the user-defined group. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the location belonging to the user-defined group. |

Status |
The status of the location which can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
The system displays the following details in the “Record Statistics” group box:

The login ID of the user who created the user-defined group. |

Created Date |
The date and time on which the user-defined group was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the user-defined group. |

Modified Date |
The date and time on which the user-defined group was last modified. |
Viewing locations belonging to user defined group – An overview
This page allows you to view the locations belonging to the user-defined group selected in the previous page. You can also directly enter a user-defined group, other than the user-defined group selected in the previous page and view its details. Details such as the location code, its description, status and the default-planning group, to which the location is associated, are displayed.
