Viewing the details of calibration orders raised on the equipment

Calibration Orders

Click the “Calibration Orders” tab in the “Condition Monitoring Folders” page.

The system retrieves calibration orders raised on the equipment during the period specified in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Calib. Order	The calibration order raised on the equipment during the specified period.
Desc.	The description of the calibration order.
Status	The status of the calibration order.
Eqp.	The equipment on which the calibration order is raised.
Priority	The priority of the calibration order.
Calib. Type	The type of calibration performed.
Task/Proc.	Indicates whether a task or a procedure is performed as a part of calibration. The system displays either “Task” or “SP”.
Code	The task or procedure code performed for calibration.
Calib. Date	The date of the calibration order.
Calib. Sch. No.	The calibration schedule based on which the calibration order was generated.

Check the box in the “Select” column to select a calibration order for viewing its details.
Select the “View Calibration Order” link to view the details of the selected calibration order.
Click the hyperlinked calibration order number in the multiline to edit its details.
