Set filter options for retrieving pending jobs list
Enter the following fields to set the filter criteria for retrieving pending jobs list details:

Having Task |
The task that is recorded in the pending jobs list (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Posted From |
Use the drop-down list box to select the transaction from which the task has been posted as a pending job. The system provides the options “Work Order”, “Work Request”, “Work Log” and “Maintenance Plan”. |

Performed |
Use the drop-down list box and set the field to “Yes” to retrieve pending jobs that have been performed. Set the field to “No” to retrieve pending jobs that have not been performed. |

Eqp. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which pending job list details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work log details for equipment belonging to all the above groups. |

Eqp./Loc. Group Code |
The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the filter criteria for the login user only for the current session.
Click the “Set As Default” pushbutton to save the filter criteria as the default setting for the login user.
Click the “Get Default Settings” pushbutton to retrieve the filter settings that has been set as default for the login user.
