WO Status

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work orders belonging to a specific status. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “WaitAppr”, “Scheduled”, “InProgress”, “Completed”, “Closed”, “Deferred”, “Interrupted”, “Cancelled” and “Approved”.

Planning Group

The planning group of the work order (Alphanumeric, 30).

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order (Alphanumeric, 30).

Type

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the details of work orders belonging to a specific type. The system lists all the work order types that have been defined in the “Define Work Order Types” activity of the “Work Order” business component.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the details of work orders belonging to a specific category. The system lists all the work order categories that have been defined in the “Define Work Order Categories” activity of the “Work Order” business component.

Priority

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the details of work orders belonging to a specific priority. The system lists all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priorities” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component.

Ref. Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the reference document based on which the work order was created. The system provides the options “work Request”, “Preventive Maintenance”, “Maint. Plan”, “Calib. Order”, “Inspec. Order” and “Work Log”.

The number of the reference document (Alphanumeric, 20).

Containing Task / Proc.

The task or procedure that has been specified as a part of the work order (Alphanumeric, 30).

Eqp.

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which work order details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work order details for equipment belonging to all the above groups.

Eqp./Loc. Group Code

The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30).

 

  • If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Failure Group”, ensure that the group code entered here is already defined in the “Create Failure Group” activity of the “Trouble Shooting Guide” business component.

 

  • If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Ganged Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create Ganged Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.

 

  • If you have set the “Equipment” field to “User Defined Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create User Defined Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.
