Enter the following fields to set the filter criteria for retrieving work order details:

The work order for which the details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the work order already been created in the “Create Work Order” activity in the “Work Order” business component. |

Use the drop-down list box to retrieve work orders belonging to a specific status. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “WaitAppr”, “Scheduled”, “InProgress”, “Completed”, “Closed”, “Deferred”, “Interrupted”, “Cancelled” and “Approved”. |

Planning Group |
The planning group of the work order (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Type |

Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the details of work orders belonging to a specific priority. The system lists all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priorities” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. |

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the reference document based on which the work order was created. The system provides the options “work Request”, “Preventive Maintenance”, “Maint. Plan”, “Calib. Order”, “Inspec. Order” and “Work Log”. |

The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work order details for equipment belonging to all the above groups. |

The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30). |
