Emp. / Skill

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view the assignment of “Employee” or “Skill” to the equipment or location.

Code

The employee or skill code for which you wish to view the assignment details (Alphanumeric, 30).

  • If you are entering an employee, ensure that the employee is already defined in the “Employee Information” business component of Ramco Human Resources Management Solutions.

  • If you are entering a skill, ensure that the skill is already defined in the “Competency” business component of Ramco Human Resources Management Solutions.

The name of the employee or the description of the skill is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available.

Display

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to retrieve the assignment details or the details of the actuals recorded for the employee or skills for the equipment or location. The system displays “Actuals” by default.

The system retrieves the following fields in the multiline:

WO

The work order for which to which the employee or skill has been assigned.

Task

The task for which the employee or skill has been assigned.

WO On

Indicates whether the work order is raised on an “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location code for which the employee or skill assignment details are displayed.

Sch. Start Date

The date on which the work order is scheduled to start.

Date

The date for which the assigned or actual hours of the employee or skill is displayed.

Assigned Hrs.

The number of hours of the skill or employee assigned to the work order.

Actual Hrs.

The actual number of hours the skill or employee spent on the work order.

Status

The status of the work order.

WO Desc.

The description of the work order.

Task Desc.

The description of the task.
