Using online help

The system retrieves in the multiline the details of work orders raised on the equipment or location and for the period specified in the “Search Criteria” group box.

WO

The work order that was created for the equipment or location.

Date

The date on which the work order was created.

Time

The time at which the work order was created.

Desc.

The description of the work order.

WO Status

The status of the work order.

WO On

Indicates whether the work order was raised on an “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location code on which the work order was raised.

Type

The type of the work order.

Priority

The priority of the work order.

Category

The category of the work order.

Sch. By

Indicates whether the work order was scheduled by “Work Order” or by “Task”.

Sch. Start Date

The scheduled start date of the work order.

Sch. Compl. Date

The scheduled completion date of the work order.

Actuals Last Updated On

The date on which the actuals on the work order was last updated.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the work order.

Cost Center

The cost center to which the work order costs would be posted.

Sch. Labor Hrs.

The number of hours scheduled for labor for the work order.

Act. Labor Hrs.

The actual hours spent for labor.

Production Affected Down Hrs.

The number of production-affected down hours of the equipment or location as recorded against the work order.

Eqp. Down Time

The number of hours for which the equipment or location was down.

ReSch. Count

The number of times the work order was scheduled.

Desc.

The reason for which the work order was scheduled.

Work Group Desc.

The description of the work group.
