This page allows you to view the work information. Tell me more.
Select the hyperlink from the “Skill Code” column from “Resource Load” tab of “Work Planning Folders” page.
The “Work Information For Resource” page appears.
Enter the following details in the group box:

Skill |
Use the drop-down list to select the skill. On selecting the values the appropriate details gets displayed in the groupbox and the work information in the multiline. |
The system displays the following details in the group box:-

From Date |
Displays the starting date of the work. |
|
To Date |
Displays the ending date of the work. |
|
Available Hrs |
Displays the available hours of the skill during the above duration |
|
Est. Hrs |
Displays the estimated hours for the work during the above duration |
|
Assigned Hrs |
Displays the assigned hours for the work during the above duration |
|
Actual Hrs |
Displays the actual hours for the work during the above duration |
The system displays the following details in the multiline : -

Task |
Displays the task if the work order is having Tasks. |

WO On |
Displays the work order done on (Equipment / Location). |

Code |
Displays the Equipment or the Location code. |

Sch Start Date |
Displays the work order scheduled start date. |

Sch. Completion Date |
Displays the work order scheduled completion date. |

Date |
Displays the work order date. |
|
Available Hrs. |
Displays the available hours. |

Est. Hrs |
Displays the estimated hours. |

Assigned Hrs |
Displays the assigned hours. |

Actual Hrs |
Displays the actual hours. |

Status |
Displays the status. |

Wo Desc. |
Displays the work order description. |

Task Desc. |
Displays the task description. |
Click on the “WO Assignments” link to launch “Employee/Skill Assignment” page.
Work Information for Resource – An Overview
This page allows you to view the work information for resource i.e. for the selected skill. On selecting the value from the skill drop-down list the details for the skill gets displayed in the group box and the work information in the multiline. You can launch Work Order Actuals page by clicking on the hyperlink data of the work order column and also launch Employee / Skill Assignment page by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of the page.
Work Information for Resource - What you can do in this page
Retrieve the work information for resource for the selected skill.
Launch “Work Order Actuals” page.
Launch “Employee/Skill Assignment” page.
