Viewing the inspection jobs due for the specified period

Click the “Inspection Forecast” tab in the “Condition Monitoring Folders” page.

The system retrieves the details of inspection schedules due on the equipment or location for the period specified in the “From Date” and the “To Date” fields in the “Search Criteria” group box.

Due Date	The date on which the inspection schedule is due.
Inspection Schedule	The inspection schedule due on the equipment or location.
Description	The description of the inspection schedule.
Inspection On	Indicates whether the inspection schedule is for an “Equipment” or “Location”.
Code	The code of the equipment or location for which the inspection schedule was raised.
Work Group	The work group responsible for carrying out the inspection.
Type	The type of the inspection to be carried out.
Category	The category of the inspection.
Priority	The priority of the inspection schedule.

Check the box in the “Select” column to select an inspection schedule for generating inspection orders.
Select the “Generate Inspection Order” link to generate inspection orders for the selected inspection schedule.
Click the hyperlinked inspection schedule number in the multiline to view its details.
