Set filter options for retrieving preventive maintenance schedules

Enter the following fields to set the filter criteria for retrieving preventive maintenance schedule details:

PM	The preventive maintenance schedule for which the details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30).

Description	The description of the preventive maintenance schedule (Alphanumeric, 150).
PM Type	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve preventive maintenance schedules of a specific type. The system lists all the PM types that have been defined in the “Define PM Types” activity of the “Preventive Maintenance” business component.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for carrying out the preventive maintenance (Alphanumeric, 30).

Task / Proc Code	The task or the procedure that must be performed as a part of the preventive maintenance (Alphanumeric, 30).

Equipment	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which PM details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work order details for equipment belonging to all the above groups.
Eqp/Loc Group Code	The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30).
	If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Failure Group”, ensure that the group code entered here is already defined in the “Create Failure Group” activity of the “Trouble Shooting Guide” business component.
	If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Ganged Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create Ganged Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.
	If you have set the “Equipment” field to “User Defined Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create User Defined Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.

Estimated Item	The item that has been specified for carrying out the preventive maintenance schedule (Alphanumeric, 32). Help facility available.
Variant	The variant of the item (Alphanumeric, 4).
Estimated Service	The service that has been specified for the carrying out the preventive maintenance schedule (Alphanumeric, 32). Help facility available.
Variant	The variant of the service item (Alphanumeric, 4).

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the filter criteria for the login user only for the current session.
Click the “Set As Default” pushbutton to save the filter criteria as the default setting for the login user.
Click the “Get Default Settings” pushbutton to retrieve the filter settings that has been set as default for the login user.
