Work Log

Use the drop-down list box to select the work log for which the details must be retrieved. The system lists all the work logs created in the “Define Work Logs” activity of the “Work Log” business component. Leave the field blank to set the filter for retrieving all work log details.

Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the observation for which the work log details must be retrieved. The system lists all the observation types that have been created in the “Define Types and Categories” activity of the “Work Log” business component.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the observation for which the work log details must be retrieved. The system lists all the observation categories that have been created in the “Define Types and Categories” activity of the “Work Log” business component.

Reported By

The employee code of the user who reported the observation in the work log (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the employee code is already defined in the “Employee Information” business component of Ramco Human Resources Management Solutions.

Entry Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the work log based on which details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Open”, “Closed”, “Transferred” and “Deleted”. Leave the field blank to set the filter for retrieving work logs belonging to all the above statuses.

Equipment

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which work log details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work log details for equipment belonging to all the above groups.

Eqp/Loc Group Code

The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30).

 

  • If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Failure Group”, ensure that the group code entered here is already defined in the “Create Failure Group” activity of the “Trouble Shooting Guide” business component.

 

  • If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Ganged Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create Ganged Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.

 

  • If you have set the “Equipment” field to “User Defined Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create User Defined Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.
