Set filter options for retrieving work request details
Enter the following fields:

Work Request |
The work request for which details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the work request is already defined in the “Create Work Request” activity of the “Work Request” business component. |

Description |
The description of the work request (Alphanumeric, 150). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the work request for which details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “Forwarded”, “Approved”, “Rejected”, “Closed” and “Cancelled”. Leave the field blank to retrieve the details of work requests belonging to all the above statuses. |

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the details of work requests belonging to a specific type. The system lists all the work request types that have been defined in the “Define Work Order Types” activity of the “Work Order” business component. |

Category |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the details of work requests belonging to a specific category. The system lists all the work request categories that have been defined in the “Define Work Order Categories” activity of the “Work Order” business component. |

Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the details of work requests belonging to a specific priority. The system lists all the priorities defined in the “Define Priorities” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. |

Work Order No |
The work order that was created based on the work request (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Reported By |
The employee code of the user who reported the work in the work request (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Equipment |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which work request details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work request details for equipment belonging to all the above groups. |

Eqp/Loc Group Code |
The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the filter criteria for the login user only for the current session.
Click the “Set As Default” pushbutton to save the filter criteria as the default setting for the login user.
Click the “Get Default Settings” pushbutton to retrieve the filter settings that has been set as default for the login user.
