Set the filters for retrieving details of abnormal parameter values recorded on the equipment or location
Enter the following fields:

Alarm Level |
The alarm based on which you wish to retrieve abnormal parameter values (Alphanumeric, 12). |

Action |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve abnormal parameter values based on the action that must be taken. The system provides the options: “Work Request”, “Work Order” and “Alert”. Leave the field blank to retrieve abnormal parameter values irrespective of the action that must be performed. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Parameter |
The parameter of the equipment or location for which you wish to view abnormal parameter values (Alphanumeric, 30). Help facility available. |

Equipment |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which abnormal parameter values must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve abnormal parameter values for equipment belonging to all the above groups. |

Eqp/Loc Group Code |
The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the filter criteria for the login user only for the current session.
Click the “Set As Default” pushbutton to save the filter criteria as the default setting for the login user.
Click the “Get Default Settings” pushbutton to retrieve the filter settings that has been set as default for the login user.
