Set the filter criteria for retrieving calibration schedule forecasts

Enter the following fields:

Calib. Sch. No	The calibration schedule for which you wish to retrieve the forecast details (Alphanumeric, 18).
	Help facility available.
Description	The description of the calibration schedule (Alphanumeric, 150).
Calibration Type	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve forecast details for a calibration schedule belonging to a specific calibration type. The system lists all the calibration types defined in the “Define Calibration Types” activity of the “Calibration Schedule” business component.
Work Group	The work group that is responsible for the calibration (Alphanumeric, 30).

Task / Proc Code	The task or procedure that is performed as a part of the calibration (Alphanumeric, 30).

Schedule Option	Use the drop-down list box and set the field to “Date” to retrieve calibration schedule forecasts for calibrations scheduled by dates. Set the field to “Usage” to retrieve calibration schedule forecasts for calibrations scheduled by the usage of consumption parameters.
Eqp Group Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which calibration forecast details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve calibration forecast details for equipment belonging to all the above groups.
Eqp/Loc Group Code	The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30).
	If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Failure Group”, ensure that the group code entered here is already defined in the “Create Failure Group” activity of the “Trouble Shooting Guide” business component.
	If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Ganged Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create Ganged Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.
	If you have set the “Equipment” field to “User Defined Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create User Defined Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the filter criteria for the login user only for the current session.
Click the “Set As Default” pushbutton to save the filter criteria as the default setting for the login user.
Click the “Get Default Settings” pushbutton to retrieve the filter settings that has been set as default for the login user.
