Inspection Sch Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the inspection schedule for which you wish to retrieve the details. The system lists all the inspection schedule types that have been defined in the “Define Inspection Types” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank to retrieve all inspection schedules irrespective of the type. |

Inspection Sch Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the category of the inspection schedule for which you wish to retrieve the details. The system lists all the inspection schedule categories that have been defined in the “Define Inspection Categories” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component and are in the “Active” statuses. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection schedules irrespective of the category. |

Inspection Sch Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection schedules based on the priority assigned. The system lists all the priorities that have been defined in the “Define Priority” activity in the “Maintenance Organization” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, to retrieve inspection schedules irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Equipment |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which inspection forecast details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection forecast details for equipment belonging to all the above groups. |

Eqp/Loc Group Code |
The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Schedule Option |
Use the drop-down list box and set the field to “Date” to retrieve inspection schedule forecasts for inspections scheduled by dates. Set the field to “Usage” to retrieve inspection schedule forecasts for inspections scheduled by the usage of consumption parameters. |

Task / Proc. Code |
The task or procedure that is performed as a part of the inspection (Alphanumeric, 30). Help facility available. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the filter criteria for the login user only for the current session.
Click the “Set As Default” pushbutton to save the filter criteria as the default setting for the login user.
Click the “Get Default Settings” pushbutton to retrieve the filter settings that has been set as default for the login user.
