Set filters for retrieving inspection orders

Enter the following fields:

Inspection Order	The inspection order for which the details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 18).
	Help facility available.
Description	The description of the inspection order (Alphanumeric, 150).
Status	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders belonging to a specific status. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “In-Progress”, “Cancelled” and “Closed”. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection orders belonging to any status.
Work Group	The work group responsible for carrying out the inspection order (Alphanumeric, 30).

Inspection Schedule	The inspection schedule based on which the inspection order was created (Alphanumeric, 18).

Priority	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders based on the priority. The system lists all the priorities defined in the “Define Priorities” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component.
Type	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders belonging to a specific type. The system lists all the inspection types defined in the “Define Inspection Types” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component.
Category	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders belonging to a specific category. The system lists all inspection categories defined in the “Define Inspection Categories” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component.
Route	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders based on the inspection route that must be taken up for inspection. The system lists all the routes defined in the “Create Route” activity of the “Predictive Maintenance” business component.
Equipment	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which inspection orders must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve the inspection orders for equipment belonging to all the above groups.
Eqp/Loc Group Code	The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30).
	If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Failure Group”, ensure that the group code entered here is already defined in the “Create Failure Group” activity of the “Trouble Shooting Guide” business component.
	If you have set the “Equipment” field to “Ganged Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create Ganged Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.
	If you have set the “Equipment” field to “User Defined Group”, ensure that the group code entered in this field is already defined in the “Create User Defined Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the filter criteria for the login user only for the current session.
Click the “Set As Default” pushbutton to save the filter criteria as the default setting for the login user.
Click the “Get Default Settings” pushbutton to retrieve the filter settings that has been set as default for the login user.
