Enter the following fields:

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders belonging to a specific status. The system provides the options “Fresh”, “In-Progress”, “Cancelled” and “Closed”. Leave the field blank to retrieve inspection orders belonging to any status. |

Work Group |
The work group responsible for carrying out the inspection order (Alphanumeric, 30). |

The inspection schedule based on which the inspection order was created (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Priority |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders based on the priority. The system lists all the priorities defined in the “Define Priorities” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component. |

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders belonging to a specific type. The system lists all the inspection types defined in the “Define Inspection Types” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component. |

Category |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders belonging to a specific category. The system lists all inspection categories defined in the “Define Inspection Categories” activity of the “Inspection Order” business component. |

Route |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve inspection orders based on the inspection route that must be taken up for inspection. The system lists all the routes defined in the “Create Route” activity of the “Predictive Maintenance” business component. |

Equipment |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of equipment group for which inspection orders must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Failure Group”, “Ganged Group” and “User Defined Group”. Leave the field blank to retrieve the inspection orders for equipment belonging to all the above groups. |

Eqp/Loc Group Code |
The code of the equipment group selected in the “Equipment” field (Alphanumeric, 30). |

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the filter criteria for the login user only for the current session.
Click the “Set As Default” pushbutton to save the filter criteria as the default setting for the login user.
Click the “Get Default Settings” pushbutton to retrieve the filter settings that has been set as default for the login user.
