Viewing maintenance summary information

This page enables you to view a brief maintenance summary of equipment or location. Tell me more

Select the “Planning Folders” link under the “Planning Folders” business component.

The “View Summary Information” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Eqp / Loc	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to view the summary information incurred on equipment or location. The system provides the options “Equipment” or “Location”. The system displays “Equipment” by default.
Code	The equipment or location code for which you wish to view the summary information (Alphanumeric, 30) Mandatory. Help facility available. Press <Enter>.
	The system retrieves the description of the equipment or location alongside. Zoom facility available.
From Date	The date starting from which you wish to view the summary information (Date Format).
To Date	The date till which you wish to view the summary information (Date Format).
Include Child	Check this box to retrieve the summary information for the equipment or location along with its child equipment or locations. Click here for more details.
Include Equipment	Check this box to retrieve the summary information for the location along with the equipment available in the location. Click here for more details.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the summary information based on the search criteria entered.

The system retrieves the following summary information of the equipment or location for the specified period in the “Search Results” multiline:

Title	Value
No of Work Orders Pending for Approval	The number of work orders that are pending to be approved.
No of Work Orders Pending for scheduling	The number of work orders that are pending to be scheduled.
No of Work Orders In Progress	The number of work orders that are in “In Progress” status and for which the work is in progress.
No of Work Orders Completed	The number of work orders for which the work is completed and the status is set as “Completed”.
No of Work Orders Closed	The number of work orders, which are closed, and with a status “Closed”.
No of Work Orders Held	The number of work orders which are put in hold and with a status as “Interrupted” or “Deferred”.
Total Down Hours	The number of hours for which the equipment or location is in an inoperable condition.
Total No of Break Downs	The number of breakdowns encountered in the equipment or location.
No of Inspection Orders Closed	The number of inspection orders closed with the status as “Closed”.
No of Inspection Orders Pending	The number of inspection orders pending to be closed.
No of Work requests Waiting for Approval	The number of work requests that are waiting to be approved with a status “Fresh”.
No of Work Requests Closed	The number of work requests that are closed with the status as “Closed”.
No of Work Requests Approved	The number of work requests that are approved with the status as “Approved.
No of Clearance Permits To be returned	The number of clearance permits to be returned by the permit holder to the issuing department.
No of clearance requests pending	The number of clearance requests pending to be approved.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “ Work Planning Folders” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of work planned for the equipment or location.

More details on the “Include Child” and the “Include Equipment” check boxes

The system displays information on the auxiliary equipment or location based on the check boxes selected in the “Search Criteria” group box.

For an equipment

“Include Child” and the “Include Equipment” boxes checked	Information on the location and all its child locations as well as of all the equipment belonging to the location and its child equipments

Viewing maintenance summary information – An overview

This page enables you to view a brief summary on the work requests, work orders and inspection orders raised on the equipment or location. You can also view the details of clearance requests that are pending and the clearance permits that are due to be returned.
