Viewing the pending jobs list for the equipment or location

Click the “Pending Jobs” tab in the “Work Planning Folders” page.

The system retrieves in the multiline all the pending jobs on the equipment or location as recorded in the pending jobs list and for the period specified in the “Search Criteria” group box.

Code	The equipment or location for which the pending jobs list is maintained.
Task	The task that was reported as pending in the pending jobs list.
Description	The description of the task.
Type	The type of the task.
Comments	Any additional information on the task being reported as pending.
Performed ?	Indicates whether the pending task has been completed or not.
Transaction No.	The number of the transaction by which the task was reported as pending. It could be a work request number, a work order number, a work log number or a plan number.
Transaction Type	The type of the transaction from which the tasks or comments are reported as pending. The transaction type can be “Work Request”, “Work Order”, “Work Log” or “Maintenance Plan”.
Posted Date	The date on which the task was posted into the pending jobs list.
Time	The time at which the task was posted to the pending jobs list.
Eqp/Loc Dec.	The description of the equipment or location.
Pending Job List On	Indicates whether the pending job list is for an “Equipment” or “Location”.

Check the box in the multiline to select the pending job list in the multiline to edit its details.
Select the “Edit Pending Jobs List” link to edit the details of the selected pending jobs list. Alternatively, click the hyperlinked task code in the multiline to edit the details of the task that was reported to the pending jobs list.
