Viewing the preventive maintenance schedules that are forecasted for the equipment or location

Click the “PM Forecast” tab in the “Work Planning Folders” page.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Location |
The location for which the preventive maintenance schedules is forecasted. |
|
Equipment |
The equipment for which preventive maintenance schedules is forecasted. |
|
PM |
The preventive maintenance schedule that is due for the period entered in the “Search Criteria” group box. |
|
Description |
The description of the preventive maintenance schedule. |
|
Next Due Date |
The next due date of the preventive maintenance schedule on the equipment or location. |
Check the box in the multiline to select an equipment or location in the multiline to generate preventive maintenance work orders.
Select the “Generate PM Work Orders” link to generate preventive maintenance work orders for the selected equipment or location in the multiline.
Click the hyperlinlked “PM Schedule no” in the multiline to view the details of the PM schedule.
