This page allows you to select the preventive maintenance schedule for which off-season period must be defined. Tell me more.

To search for a preventive maintenance schedule
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a preventive maintenance schedule. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

The preventive maintenance which need not be carried out during the specified period (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the preventive maintenance in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all preventive maintenance schedules similar to the preventive maintenance entered here. |
Desc. |
The description of the preventive maintenance schedule (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all preventive maintenance schedules whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve preventive maintenance schedules based on the status. The system displays “Active” or “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve preventive maintenance schedules irrespective of the status. The system displays “Active”, by default. |
PM On |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to define off-seasonal period for the preventive maintenance schedules that have been raised on equipment or location. The system provides the options: “Equipment” or “Location”. Leave the field blank, to retrieve preventive maintenance schedules that have been raised on both equipment and location. The system displays “Equipment” by default. |

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the preventive maintenance for which you wish to retrieve the details. The system fills in all preventive maintenance types that have been defined in the “Define PM Types” activity and are in the “Active” and “Inactive” statuses. Leave the field blank to retrieve preventive maintenance schedules irrespective of the type. |
Task/Proc. |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the task or procedure, which must be performed as a part of the preventive maintenance. The system provides the options: “Task” or “SP”. Leave the field blank to retrieve preventive maintenance schedules on which tasks and procedures must be performed. The system displays “SP”, by default. |
Code |
The task or procedure which must be performed as a part of the preventive maintenance (Alphanumeric, 30). If you have specified “Task” in the “Task/SP” drop-down list box, ensure that you enter a task in this field. If you have specified “SP” in the drop-down list box, ensure that you enter a procedure in this field. |
Work Group |
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the preventive maintenance (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the work group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all preventive maintenance schedules, which must be carried out by work groups similar to the work group entered here. |
Location |
The location of the equipment on which preventive maintenance must be done (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all preventive maintenance schedules that can be carried out on equipment whose locations are similar to the location entered here. |
Eqp. Group |
The equipment group to which the equipment on which preventive maintenance must be carried out belongs (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the equipment group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves the preventive maintenance that must be carried out on equipment belonging to the equipment group entered here. |
Location Group |
The location group to which the location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out belongs (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the location group in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves the preventive maintenance schedules that must be carried out on location belonging to the location group similar to the location group entered here. |

Enter the following fields in the “Off-Season” group box:
From Date |
The starting date from which the preventive maintenance need not be performed (Date Format). |
To Date |
The date till which the preventive maintenance need not be carried out (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than or equal to the date entered in the “From Date” field. |
Annual Recurring |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the preventive maintenance schedules need not be performed during the specific period only for the current year or for all the subsequent years. The system provides the options: “Yes” and “No”. |
Note: If you select “Yes” in this field, ensure that the difference in the dates entered in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields is less than one year.
Remarks |
Any additional information about the off-seasonal period (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Click the “Submit” pushbutton to save the details of the off-seasonal preventive maintenance schedules.
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the preventive maintenance schedule for which the period during which preventive maintenance need not be done, must be defined.
This page allows you to select the preventive maintenance schedule for which off-season period must be defined. You can carry out a search based on the following fields:
The preventive maintenance, its description, type and status.
The equipment or location on which the preventive maintenance is carried out.
The task or procedure that must be performed as a part of the preventive maintenance.
The work group that is responsible for carrying out the preventive maintenance.
The location of the equipment on which preventive maintenance is carried out.
The equipment group and the location group on which preventive maintenance is carried out.
Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the preventive maintenance schedules from which you can select the preventive maintenance schedules for defining the off-seasonal period.
You can specify the off-seasonal period and also mention whether the period of off-season is applicable to only the current year or for all the subsequent years. You can also enter any additional information about the off-seasonal period.
“Create PM Schedule”
Set the “Annual Recurring” field as “Yes” if you wish to apply the off-seasonal period for every year.
Set the “Annual Recurring” field as “No” if you wish to apply the off-seasonal period only for the current year.
