This page allows you to update the preventive maintenance schedules based on any changes that are made to the selected preventive maintenance template. Tell me more.
Select the “Update Associated PMs” link from the “Update Associated PM(s)” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked preventive maintenance template in the multiline of the same page.
The “Update Associated PM” page appears.
Enter the following field if you wish to update the preventive maintenance schedules belonging to a preventive maintenance template other than the template entered in the previous page:

The preventive maintenance template for which the associated preventive maintenance schedules must be updated (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the description of the preventive maintenance template alongside. |

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the preventive maintenance schedules to be updated.
Click the “Update Associated PMs” pushbutton to update the selected preventive maintenance schedules based on the template.
Note: The system updates the details of the preventive maintenance schedules based on any modifications that have been done on the preventive maintenance template.
