Select the “Equipment/Location Group” link at the bottom of the “Edit PM Schedule” page.
The “Equipment / Location Group” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Enter the following fields:
Eqp. Group |
The equipment group of the equipment on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the equipment group is already defined as a user-defined group in the “Create User Defined Group” activity of the “Equipment Induction” business component and is in the “Active” status. |

Location Group |
The location group of the locations on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the location group is already defined as a user-defined group in the “Create User Defined Group” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component and is in the “Active” status. Generate Multiple WO |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to generate more than one work order for the equipment or location on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system provides the options: “Yes” or “No”. The system displays “No”, by default. |

Use the drop-down list box to specify the maintainable object on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system provides the options: “Equipment” and “Location”. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Code |
The equipment or location on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out (Alphanumeric, 30). Data entry in this field is mandatory if you have specified either “Equipment” or “Location” in the “WO On” field. |

Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline, to delete the equipment or location.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the mutliline to delete the selected rows in the mutliline. Click the “Edit” pushbutton to save the details of the equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out.
Note: The system saves the details of the other equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out.

This page allows you to specify the other equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out when this preventive maintenance is performed. You can specify the other equipment or location by specifying the equipment and the location group. Preventive maintenance will be carried out on the equipment and the locations belonging to the specified equipment and location groups respectively. You can also individually specify the equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out. You are given the option of generating a single work order for all the equipment and locations or multiple work orders for each equipment and location.
“Create Equipment” under “Equipment Induction” business component/“Create Location” under “Maintenance Organization” business component
You can specify in this page whether a single work order or multiple work orders must be generated for the other equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be performed.
Set the “Generate Multiple WO” field as “Yes” to generate work orders for every equipment or location.
Set the “Generate Multiple WO” field as “No” to generate a single work order for all the equipment and locations.
