This page allows you to specify the period for which preventive maintenance need not be carried out on equipment or location.  Tell me more.

The “Off-Season” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

PM

The preventive maintenance schedule number for which off-seasonal dates must be defined.

 

The description of the schedule is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

PM On

The maintainable object on which preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

From Date

The starting date from which preventive maintenance need not carried out on the equipment/location (Date Format).

To Date

The date till which preventive maintenance need not be carried out on the equipment/location (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered here is later than or equal to the date entered in the “From Date” column.

Annual Recurring

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether preventive maintenance need not be carried out between the dates specified in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields every year or only for the current year. The system provides the following options:

 
  • Yes – Select this option if preventive maintenance need not be carried out between the specified period for every year.

 
  • No – Select this option if preventive maintenance need not be carried out between the specified period only for the current year.

 

If you leave the field blank, the system sets the field as “No”.

Note: If you select “Yes” in this field, ensure that the difference in the dates entered in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields is less than one year.

Remarks

Any additional information about the period that is defined as off-seasonal (Alphanumeric, 255).

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the preventive maintenance schedule.

Created Date

The date and time at which the preventive maintenance schedule is created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the preventive maintenance schedule.

Last Modified Date

This page allows you to specify the period for which preventive maintenance need not be carried out on equipment or location. This period is otherwise referred to as “Off-Seasonal” period. You can specify the off-seasonal period, by specifying the start and the end dates of the off-season and any additional information about specifying the period as off-seasonal.
