Select the “Off-Season” link from the bottom of the “Edit PM Schedule” page.
The “Off-Season” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Enter the following fields in the “Off-Season” multiline:
From Date |
The starting date from which preventive maintenance need not carried out on the equipment/location (Date Format). |
To Date |
The date till which preventive maintenance need not be carried out on the equipment/location (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered here is later than or equal to the date entered in the “From Date” column. |
Annual Recurring |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether preventive maintenance need not be carried out between the dates specified in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields every year or only for the current year. The system provides the following options: |

If you leave the field blank, the system sets the field as “No”. |
Note: If you select “Yes” in this field, ensure that the difference in the dates entered in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields is less than one year.
Remarks |
Any additional information about the period that is defined as off-seasonal (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the rows that you wish to delete.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline, to delete the selected rows in the multiline.
Click the “Edit” pushbutton to save the details of the off-seasonal dates.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Defining the period for which preventive maintenance need not be carried out – An overview
This page allows you to specify the period for which preventive maintenance need not be carried out on equipment or location. This period is otherwise referred to as “Off-Seasonal” period. You can specify the off-seasonal period, by specifying the start and the end dates of the off-season and any additional information about specifying the period as off-seasonal. You must also specify whether the preventive maintenance need not be carried out during the specified period only for the current year or for every year.

You can specify whether preventive maintenance need not be carried out during the specific period for the current year or for all subsequent years.
Set the “Annual Recurring” field as “Yes” if you do not wish to perform preventive maintenance during the specified period for every year.
Set the “Annual Recurring” field as “No” if you do not wish to perform preventive maintenance during the specified period for only the current year.
