This page allows you to view the other equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out. Tell me more.

The “Equipment / Location Group” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

PM

The number of the preventive maintenance schedule for which the other equipment/location on which it must carried out must be viewed.

 

The description of the schedule is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

PM On

The maintainable object on which preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

Eqp. Group

The equipment group of the equipment on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out.

Location Group

The location group of the locations on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out.

Generate Multiple WO

Indicates whether more than one work order will be generated for the equipment or location on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

The system displays the following in the "Eqp./Loc." multiline:

WO On

Indicates the maintainable object on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location on which the preventive maintenance must be carried out.

Task/Proc.

Indicates whether a task or standard procedure must be carried out as a part of the preventive maintenance. The system displays either “Task” or “SP”.

Code

The task or the standard procedure that must be carried out as a part of the preventive maintenance.

Remarks

Any additional information about specifying the equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who defined the schedule.

Created Date

The date and time at which the schedule was defined.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the schedule.

Last Modified Date

View PM Schedule - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the other equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out when this preventive maintenance is performed.

You can view the equipment or location group and the individual equipment or locations on which preventive maintenance will be carried out. You can also view whether a single work order for all equipment and locations or multiple work orders for each equipment or location will be raised for carrying out the preventive maintenance.
