The system displays the following fields in the “Off-Season” multiline:

From Date

The starting date from which preventive maintenance need not carried out on the equipment/location.

To Date

The date till which preventive maintenance need not be carried out on the equipment/location.

Annual Recurring

Indicates whether preventive maintenance need not be carried out between the dates specified in the “From Date” and “To Date” fields for every year or only for the current year. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

Remarks

Any additional information about the period that is defined as off-seasonal.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who defined the schedule.

Created Date

The date and time at which the schedule was defined.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the schedule.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the schedule was last modified.
