This page allows you to view the spare parts that are required to carry out the work orders. Tell me more.

The “Spare Parts Requirement” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

PM

The preventive maintenance schedule number for which spare part requirements must be viewed.

 

The description of the schedule is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

PM On

The maintainable object on which preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields in the “Spare Parts” multiline:

Item

The standard spare part to be specified for the task.

Variant

The variant of the standard spare part.

Desc.

The textual description of the spare part.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the spare part.

Qty.

The number of spares required for the completion of the task.

Standard Cost

The cost of utilizing the spare part cost per hour.

Warehouse

The warehouse from which the spare part is procured.

Item Status

The status of the item that is available in the warehouse.

Est. Cost

The estimated unit cost of the spare part.

Remarks

Any additional information about the spare part specified for carrying out the preventive maintenance.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who defined the schedule.

Created Date

The date and time at which the schedule was defined.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the schedule.

Last Modified Date
