The “Tool Requirement” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

PM

The preventive maintenance schedule number for which tool requirements must be viewed.

 

The description of the schedule is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

PM On

The maintainable object on which preventive maintenance must be carried out. The system displays “Equipment” or “Location”.

Code

The equipment or location on which preventive maintenance must be carried out.

 

The description of the equipment or location is displayed alongside.

 

Zoom facility available

The system displays the details of the tools that are specified for carrying out preventive maintenance, in the “Tools” multiline.

Tool Code

The tool required for carrying out preventive maintenance.

Desc.

The textual description of the tool.

Qty. (Nos.)

The number of tools required.

Duration (Hrs.)

The number of hours for which the tool is required.

Rate

The unit rate per hour of the tool.

Est. Cost

The estimated cost of utilizing the tool for carrying out preventive maintenance.

Remarks

Any additional information about specifying the tool for carrying out preventive maintenance.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who defined the schedule.

Created Date

The date and time at which the schedule was defined.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the schedule.

Last Modified Date
