Spare Parts Requirement

This page allows you to view the spare parts that are required for carrying out preventive maintenance during the forecast period. Tell me more.

Select the “Spare Parts Requirements” link from the bottom of the main page.

The “Spare Parts Requirement” page appears.

Enter the following field if you wish to view the spare parts requirements for a forecast other than the forecast selected in the previous page.

Forecast Review No.	The number of the forecast for which spare parts requirements must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18).
	Press <Enter>. The description of the forecast review is displayed alongside.
	Zoom facility available
The system displays the following fields:
From Forecast Date	The starting date of the forecast.
To Forecast Date	The ending date of the forecast.
The system displays the following fields in the “Spare Part Reqt.” multiline:
Date	The date on which the spare part is required.
Item	The item number of the standard spare part that is required.
Variant	The variant of the item.
Desc.	The description of the spare part.
Qty.	The number of spare parts required.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the spare part.
Warehouse	The warehouse from which the spare part is procured.

Select atleast one row from the spare parts multiline.

Click “Get Stock Availability” pushbutton to retrieve the stock details of the item.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Item	The item number of the standard spare part.
Variant	The variant of the item.
Desc	The description of the spare part.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the spare part.
Warehouse	The warehouse from which the spare part is procured.
Item Status	The status of the item.
Req. Qty.	The number of spare parts required.
Available Qty.	The number of spare parts available in the warehouse.
