Select the “View Forecast Results” link from the “Forecast – Inspection Jobs” page.
The “View Forecast Results” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

The work group that is responsible for carrying out the inspection order created from the schedule. |

Inspection On |
The maintainable object on which the inspection schedule is raised. The system displays either “Equipment” or “Location”. |

Code |
The equipment or location for which inspection schedule has been raised. |
|
Type |
The type of the inspection schedule. |
|
Category |
The category of the inspection schedule. |
|
Priority |
The priority or the importance of the inspection schedule. |
|
Location |
The location of the equipment on which inspection must be done. |
The system displays the following in the “Due Date” field:

From |
The date starting from which the results are forecasted. |

To |
The date till which the results are forecasted. |

Progress |
The percentage of completion of the forecast process. |
Click the “Abort” pushbutton if you wish to abort the generation of the forecast process.
Note: You can abort a process only if it is in the "Pending" or "In Progress" status. The system updates the “Status” field as “Cancelled”.
Click the “Check Progress” pushbutton to check the progress made in the forecast process.
Note: The system refreshes the forecast and displays the refreshed details in the multiline.

Viewing the results of the forecast – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of the forecast that has been generated in the “Forecast – Inspection Jobs” page. The system displays the following details:
The forecast number for which the forecast is to be viewed
The criteria for which the forecast has been generated
The status of the forecast process, which can be “Pending”, “In Progress”, “Canceled” or “Completed”.
The progress of the forecast process,which is displayed as a percentage.
The due dates for which inspection is due on the equipment or location based on the forecast schedule
You can also abort an ongoing process in this page. You can however abort a process only when it is in the “Pending” or “InProgress” status.

You can abort or interrupt an ongoing forecast process in this page.
Click the “Abort” pushbutton to abort or cancel a forecast process.
The system kills the forecast process and leaves the “Forecast” field blank.

Click the “Check Progress” pushbutton to check the progress made on the forecast process.
