This page allows you to view the details of the inspection orders that are generated. Tell me more.

The “View Inspection Order” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Transaction No.

The transaction number of the inspection order generation process.

Status

The status of the inspection order generation process. The system displays any one of the following status:

  • Pending – indicates that the transaction is pending to be executed in a queue

  • In Progress – indicates that the transaction is in progress

  • Cancelled – indicates that the transaction is cancelled. Typically, this status will be displayed when you click the “Abort” pushbutton

  • Completed – indicates that the generating process is completed

Progress - IO Generation Process

The percentage of completion of the inspection order generation.

Note: You can abort a process only if the transaction is in the “Pending” or “In Progress” statuses. When the process is aborted, the system stops the inspection order generation process and updates the “Status” field as “Cancelled”.

The system displays the following fields in the “IO” multiline:

IO

The inspection order that is generated.

Date

The date on which the inspection order is generated.

Time

The time at which the inspection order is generated.

Desc.

The description of the inspection order.

Status

The status of the inspection order, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Work Group

The work group that is responsible for carrying out inspection.

Type

The type of the inspection order.

Category

The category of the inspection order.

Priority
